<br />Partnership, owners of Castle Estates Subdvisicn, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on the 18th'day of.Deaember, 1978, executed a certain Agreement for
<br />Protective Covenant=, Restrictions and Conditions for Castle Estates
<br />Subdivision, Hall County,. Nebraska„ which has. been recorded as Document
<br />NO. 79-002200 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall .County, Nebraska;,
<br />and,
<br />WHEREAS,.. the owners of said'Castle.Estates Subdivision,
<br />Ha11 Ceunty, Nebraska, are desirous of amending Sectioh 10 of said Agreement.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION THEREOF, ..and in consideration
<br />of'the mutual benefits derzved by the owners:of the lots in Castle Estates
<br />Subdivision, Hail County,. Nebraska, this Amendment to the`Agreement dated'
<br />December, l8, 1978, and recorded'in the Register of Deeds Office of Halle
<br />County, ,Nebraska, as set:.forth above is hereby made, and Secticn_10 of
<br />said Agreement Page 2 thereof, is amended to read as follows:
<br />"16. 'Each lot owner. will contzact conventional
<br />type sidewalks to conform`-to city specifications with the excep-
<br />tion of Lots 9, 10 ,. 13, 14, I5, and 16`whichwill. conform to the
<br />existing: sidewalks on Lots I1 and. 12_ Construction shall coincide
<br />with completion of residence_on same lot.
<br />We, the undersigned warrant that we .area the owners of'the
<br />lots under which we are executing this Agreement and do bind our personal
<br />representatives, successors `and assigns 5a the terms and provisions of
<br />the above amendment in lieu of the provisions provided in the original
<br />Agreement for Protective Covenants, Restrictions.. and Condtions_
