<br />LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT by and between the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, amunicipal-corporation in Hall County, Nebraskan here- <br />inaf er referred to 3s the "City", and IRIS NELSON,...hereinafter. <br />referred'to as the i1Licen ee". <br />tiITNESSETH i <br />.WHEREAS, the Licznsee is the oianer of Lot Three i3),:Ross & <br />Ashton Park. Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hail County, <br />Nebraska:; and <br />WHEREAS, the Licensee's garage building, encroaches into <br />` the undefzned easement and public right-of-way along. the south <br />line of said iotaand. <br />WHEREAS, the City-Council has authorized the ?i:censee to <br />use and occupy the public right-of-waa for the:encroachn.>nt of said' <br />building, ;subject to certain conditions. <br />NOW, THEREr('iRE, is cansi:deration of the payment of One ~ollaY <br />(~1.0{7i and in further cons-iderati.on of the mutual covenants <br />herein contained,, the. parties agree ^s follows: <br />1. The City hereby grants. to the Licensee a 3:icense to <br />use and occupy; subjecC to the terms of'this agreement, the follow- <br />ing public right-of-way far, the encroachment of a garage building: <br />The:.undefined easement. and public. right-of-way.:along the. south sidea <br />of said Lot Three (3}, Ross & Ashton Park Addition, f.or a width of <br />28.3°~ westerly from ttie southeast corner_of said lot; beginning at <br />a point twa feet'-,from said corner; provided, the Li.eensee shall' nc,r <br />occupy the aforesaid right af-way:'without permission for any use <br />other than he existing garage building. <br />2. It is understood and agreed that the Lice4~see may main- <br />twin the existing garage in Che public right-of-way above defined <br />at-his own risk.
