<br />"Homeowner", whether one or more} has entered into a 'cart in written HOUSING
<br />REHABILITATION GRANT AGREEMENT dated the ~r day o~~_, 1.582 with the
<br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation.. (hereinafter usually
<br />referred to as "City"7, acting-through its Connnunity Development Agencc, for
<br />rehabilitation of a dwei ing on premises owned'by Homeowner which are
<br />hereinafter de zrbed, and for the-granting by City to Homeowner of Federal
<br />funds in the amount of :ilea Thousand F<fty and-00/l00 Dollars ($9,050.00) to be
<br />applied in ,payment of the cost of sach rehabilitation, and
<br />WHEREAS, Homeov:,n< in such. AGREEMENT has, among other things, agreed la) to
<br />repay such amounC-or, as the case may be, a part thereof to City in certain
<br />circumstances described in the AGREEMENT, and (b) to execute and deliver to City
<br />an instrument is recordable form granting to Ci-tq a Lien o srthe premises to
<br />secure such repayment,
<br />NOW; THE RE.FORE, is consideration of such AGREEMENT with.'City, Cornelia
<br />Kreachbaum,-$oes hereby grant to -CITY -0F GRAND ISLAND , NEBRASKA, A Muni c i pa l
<br />Coronation, its successors and assigns, a lien'upon'the following described real
<br />estate situated in`Ha11 County, Nebraska:

<br />Original .Town of-Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />to secure repayment to-the City of-Grand Island, Nebraska,'its successors and

<br />be, 'a part whereof in-accordance with the terms and conditions set "forth-in the
