<br />whether one or more) has-entered-into a r~,ertain written HOUSING REHABILITATION
<br />GRANT AGREEMENT dated the ~ day of ! 1 '' 1982 with the City of Grand

<br />"city"i, acting ihraugh its Community Development Ageacy, for rehabilitation of
<br />a dwelling on preen es owned by i~omeowner which era hereinafter described, ana
<br />for. the granCiag by; City to Homeowner of Federal funds in the amount of Thirteen
<br />Thousand Sixty and'00/100'DOliars ($13c060.00) to be-applied in payment of the
<br />cast of .such. rehabilitation, and
<br />WHEREAS, Homeowner in suzh AGREEMENT has, among other things,-agxeed (a) to
<br />repaq uch amount or, as the case may be, a part thereof co,City in-certain
<br />circumstainces described in the AGREEMENT, and (h) to execute and deliver to City
<br />an instrument in recordable forzd granting to City alien on'the premises to
<br />aecure such repayment,
<br />NOW, TBEREFORE, in ^dnsideration of such AGREEMENT with City, L.E. Salyard,
<br />does'_hereby grant to CITY OF GR_4ND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,`A Municipal Coronation, its
<br />successors-'and assigns; a lien .upon the following described real es ate situated
<br />in Aa11 County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Ten (10), Block Forty-Four (44), Wheeler Addition
<br />an addiltion to the City of Grand Island.; Nebraska,
<br />according to the record `plat. thereof,
<br />to secure repayment to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, its successcr> and
<br />assigns, of the 'amount of the grant hereinabove referred td or, as the case>may
<br />be, a part thereof-in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the
<br />HOUSING`REHABILITATION'GRANT'AGREEMENT to which reference is'made hereinabove.
<br />The lien herein granted shall run with the. premises fora period of three
<br />(3)'years from this date,_and shall a2sa bind the successors andrassgns and,
<br />eacept as'provided in such AGREEMENT, the gersonal representatives, heirs,
<br />devseeea,`and legatees of Homeowner.
