<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska; in consideration of the

<br />subsisting obligation"of the Mortgagor and'that payment of the remainder'of the principal
<br />and accrued interest thereon will be due according to the terms of the aforementioned
<br />'firstreal estate mortgage, modifed'and payable'in the following manner

<br />mortgage dated August 25, 1981, shall remain the same, and this Modification and
<br />Extension Agreement is made a part of the original first real 'estate mortgage by
<br />reference and shall inure to all successors and assigns and their heirs.
