For Hertersecurity'of the indebtedness hereby secured, upon the: request of ehe mortgagee,'its successors <br />or assigns, rriorteagor shall execute and deliver a`supplementaf mortgage or'mortgages covering any additions, <br />'improvements; orbetrerments made'to the property.hereinabove describedand allptoperty acquired by it"after <br />the date hereof (all in form satisfactory to mortgagee). Futhetmore, should mortgagor fail to cure any default <br />in the payment of a prior or inferior encumbrance on the: propertydescribed;by this instrument, mortgagor here- <br />by agrees to permit mortgagee tocure'such default, but mortgagee is not obligated [o`da o; and such sdcanaes <br />shall become part of the indebtedness secured by this instrument, subject tothe same terms and;conditfons. <br />e.
