Miscellaneous-Previsions. <br />a. -Buyer shall keep the premises in good repair at all times <br />during the erm of this Agreement. <br />b. Risk of Loss to'the date. of possession shall he borne by the <br />Seller and thereafter shall be borne by Buyer. <br />c. Until delivery of possession, the Seller agrees r~ maintain <br />the improvements Ioeated upon the real estate in reaSOnable condition <br />and any work'or services Yendered zo keep the improvements in such <br />condition shall beat the Seller's expense. <br />d. This Agreemeni recites all of the terms, conditions and <br />covenants under which the `real estate is being sold by Seller to <br />..Buyer, no oral representations whatsoever have been made-that are <br />not contained herein and that no`alterations,'amendments or madifi- <br />catians of the terms hereof shall be binding unless first :educed <br />to writing and signed by al the .parties-hereto. <br />e.
