Hardy anal Linda R. Hardy and others, the <br />object and prayer of said petition being to foreclose a mortgage coverir;g the <br />following described real estate: <br />Lot Fifteen (15>, Nottingham Estates Subdivision, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska;. <br />which mortgage was given by Earl .1.' Hardy and Linda R. Hardy to Superior Mort- <br />gage, Inc., on November 9, 1981, and subsequently assigned to plaintiff on <br />November 11, 1981. Said mortgage,was recorded in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, on November 13, 1981 as Instrument No. 81- <br />0057D1, and the assignment thereof was recorded in said office on December 4, <br />1981 as Instrument No. 81-OD6010.
