<br />United States Bankruptcy Court conveys to Merle Nicola,
<br />Trustee for the benefit of creditors of Heinzman Engineering,

<br />point on the north line of Husker Highway, said point being. Five Hundred

<br />Southeast corner of said Section Twenty Seven (27); thence F,Testerly
