<br />ROLLAND R. STROH and DOROTHY A. STROH, husband and
<br />wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not
<br />as tenants in common, herein called the Grantors, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and severance
<br />of joint tenancy, x•ece'ived from Grantee, do hereby grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto DOROTHY A. STROH, the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County,.

<br />described as follows: Commencing at the northeast
<br />corner of Lot 10 of Home Subdivision in the City. of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, thence running westerly on the
<br />north line of said. Lots 10 and 11 of said Home Subdivision,
<br />a distance of 78 feet, thence due.. south, paralle with.
<br />the west line of Lot Eleven (I1) and being 18 feet west.
<br />of the east line of said Lot 11, to the. north line o£
<br />18th Street, if extended, thence northeasterly along
<br />the north line of 18th Street, if extended, to Lhe west
<br />line of Wheeler Street, thence northwesterly along the
