<br />Development., Inc., a Corpor-ation, herein called the-GRANTEE, a:permarent
<br />and<perpetuaL zasements to construct,-repair, and maintain garages for:'
<br />motor(vehic es purposes upon, over, and'acrdss the following described';
<br />real estate in Ha11 County; Nebraska:
<br />The .7 feet wide strip:of'real estate immediately north '
<br />of and adtycent-to Lots 4 & 5, Chateau Orleahs Subdivision;
<br />in theGit„ of Grand-Island,
<br />together with' the ~nrz=tiicad ingress: and egress, through and across
<br />the above-describe easement i~r the purpose of exerci ing the rights
<br />herein granted.
<br />This Easement shall be:nonextlusive as between the Grantor and
<br />~'he Grante~,.and both parties agree not to obstruct,, impede, ~r
<br />-nterfere, one with<,the other, in the reasonable-use of such driveways;:
<br />The parties agiee that Grantor shall have no duty to maintain the
<br />Easement but hall not do -anything_to damage or destroy<the property
<br />or, the Easement'which Grantee may>construct and:..maintain.
<br />This Easement shall be perpetual and shall run witfi the land and-
