<br />JOINT GARAGE- EASETIENT AND AGREEMENT
<br />THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT entered into'by-and between CAROL
<br />M. MOHR and-°EDWARD F. MOHR, wife and husband, hereinafter referred
<br />to as'MOHR, and PAUL A• GP,STEEL and NANCY K. CASTEEL, husband and
<br />wife, hereinafter referred to as CASTEEL.
<br />Mohr is the owner of Lot One (1) in Block Forty-One (41),
<br />partly in Charles Wasme:r's Addition-and partly in Charles Warmer's
<br />Second Addition to the C y of Grand Island,- Ha11 County, Nebraska.
<br />Casteei is the owner of Lot Two (2} in Block Forty-One (41),
<br />partly in Charles Warmer's Addi ion and partly in Charles Warmer's
<br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, HaIL County, Nebraska.
<br />A plat is aftached hereto anal incorporated herein by rafer-
<br />ence showing the surve:i by Dbnald.L. Jourdan, dated July 7, 1982,
<br />.'showing Lots One {1} and Two (~) and also showing a joint garage
<br />on the properties;
<br />IT LS AGREED that a Joint Garage Easement Agreement is
<br />"hereby„entered into by the parties: for theejoint'beneft of `both`
<br />Mohr and CasteeL.
<br />ZT IS FURTHER AGREED tha both Mohr; and Ca teel will be
<br />responsible for the maintenance and repair of that part of the
<br />joint garage, which>exists on ttleirPYespecti~+e Lots. Each party
<br />shall cor.:er with :the ot}~er before painting, roofing, oa repair-
<br />ing the joint: garage so as to<rnaintan a unifor~r appearance: In-
<br />sofar as is necessary,.each party grants to the other an easement,
<br />to go upon fhe others' part of the joint garage`for the purpose
<br />of maintenance and repair of fihe joint garage.
<br />IT T5 ALSO AGREED that if either pasty should desire- to
<br />remove that part of the. joint garage located uponh,is lot, the
<br />one removing his ,portion of the-garage sha,11 be responsible for
<br />paying the cost of`providing a-suitable-exterior 'wall on there-
<br />maining garage. in all other respects,-each panty agrees not to
<br />interfere with the use of the other parties' portion'of the joint
<br />garage.
<br />THIS AGREEMENT sh'a11 run. with-the nand and. be binding upon
<br />the par ies hereto, their; personal representatives, devisees, and
<br />assigns.
