<br />WHEREAS-Gordon and Barbara Goad, husband and wife
<br />thereinafter usually referred to as "Homeowner", c~hether one ar
<br />mare) has entered into a certain written HOUSING REHABILITATION
<br />GRANT AGREEMENT dated the lith day of June, 1482 with the City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation (hereinafter
<br />.usually ..referred: 'to as "'City"), acting through its Community
<br />Development Agehcy, for rehabilitation of a dwelling on premises
<br />owned'bg Homeowner which are hereinafter described., and far the
<br />granting by Gity to Homeowner of Federal funds in the amount of
<br />Two Thousand. Four Hundred Eighty-Nike and ,Ot)/lOt) boliars
<br />t$2„~384.OG) to,bP agplied in payment of the cost of such
<br />rehabilitatian,.and
<br />WHEREAS, Homeowner in such AGREEMENT has, among other
<br />things, agreed fa) to repay such amount or, a the case may be, a
<br />part-thereof to Gity in certa*~ circumstances described in the
<br />AGREEMENT, and:.(bF to execute and deliver to City an instrument
<br />in-recordable farm granting to City a lien-on thee.premises to
<br />secure szch repayment,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such AGREEMENT with
<br />City, Gordon and Barbara Gaod, husband and wife does hereby grant
<br />to £ITY OF GRAND IShAND, NEBRASKA, A Municipal Corporatgn, its
<br />successors. and assigns, a lien upon the:'folicwing described real
<br />estate situated in°HalL County, Nebraska:
<br />South 70 Feet of'the North Half of .the East Half
<br />of Block Eleven (11J, Pleasant Home Addition
<br />an 'addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />according to the record plat thereof,
<br />to secure:2epayment to the Ci*_y`of Grand Island, Nebraska.., i s
<br />successors.. and assigns, of .the .amount. of the grant hereinabove
<br />referred-,to or, as .the case may be, a r3rt thereof in accordance
<br />with-the erms and conditions'set forth in the:"HOt)SING
<br />REHABILITATION-GRANT AGREEMENT to which refererce_is made.

<br />'The 'lien herein granbed,sha.ll run with the premises for a
