<br />Section 13.02. Limitation of Ri hts. With the excep-
<br />tion of any rights herein expressly conferred, nothing
<br />expressed or mentianed'in ar to be implied from this Inden-
<br />ture'ar the Bonds is intended or shall be construed to give
<br />to any personor companyotnex than .the parties hereto; and
<br />the holders of-the Sonds,'any legal or equitable<right,'
<br />remedy or claim under or with respect to this Indenture or
<br />any covenants,,conditons and provisions herein contained;
<br />this Indenture-and .all of .the covenants, conditions and
<br />provisions:hereof being intended o be and being for the sole
<br />and exclusive benefit: of the parties hereto and the holders
<br />of the Bonds as herein provided.
<br />Section 13.03. Severability. If any provision of this
<br />Indenture shall be hald`or deemed to be or `shall, ,in fact;: be
<br />illegal, inoperative br unenforceable,- the same shall not
<br />affect any other provision or provisions hereir. contained or
<br />render the same invalid, inoperative or'unenforceable to any
<br />extent whatever.
<br />Section 13:04. Notices. Any notice, request;. com-
<br />plaint, demand, communication or other paper shall be
<br />sufficiently given. and shall be-deemed 'given when delivered
<br />or 'mailed by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid,

<br />Purchaser ,may designate any further or different addresses to
<br />which subsequent 'notices,, certificates-or other communica-

<br />Section 13..05. Payments Due on Saturdays Sundays a'nd
<br />Holidays. Zn any case, where the date of maturity of interest
<br />on or principal'of thee: Bonds:. or the date fixed for"redemption
<br />of any Bonds shall be in the city of Trustee's principal
<br />corporate trust office;a Saturday.; .Sunday or a legal holiday ,
<br />or a day on which banking institutions are authorized by law
