The Subdividers caaive the r_ght to object to any paving or repaving districts of Locust Street and Stagecoach Road where they abut the subdivision. 2. Water. Public water service is available to the subdivi- sion, and the Subdivider agrees to connect all structures in the subdivision to water service before applying for occupancy permits. 3. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer service is avail- able to the subdivision, and the Subdividers agree r_o connect all structures in the subdivision to the sanitary sewer system before applying for occupancy permits.
