___ <br />~, <br />StiRDI6'ISIO~, the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees ~n~ith the City <br />r of Grand Island, Nebraska, that it ~.ai11 install or provide at its <br />expense the following improvements: <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers caaive the r_ght to object to <br />any paving or repaving districts of Locust Street and Stagecoach <br />Road where they abut the subdivision. <br />2. Water. Public water service is available to the subdivi- <br />sion, and the Subdivider agrees to connect all structures in the <br />subdivision to water service before applying for occupancy permits. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer service is avail- <br />able to the subdivision, and the Subdividers agree r_o connect all <br />structures in the subdivision to the sanitary sewer system before <br />applying for occupancy permits. If i* is necessar~~ to construct a <br />new sewer main., it will be constricted by the Subdividers in <br />compliance with plans and specifications approved b,.~ the Citv', <br />Director oz Public [works. <br />4. Drainage. The Subdividers agree to tirade the lots of <br />the subdivision in conjunction »ith the structures thereun so that <br />storm water drains to the City drainage system, or by some other <br />method as approved by the City`s director_ of pu:~lic caorks. <br />~. Sidewalks.
