Purchase Price and Manner of Payment. Buyer agrees to furnish Seller <br />d written opinion from his attorney showing defects; if ang, in the 'titi2'to <br />the real estaEe and Seller shall havo a reasonable length of time in wtrich <br />to cure such defects, if any.
