WHEREAS, it has been determined that a certain easement in American Legion Addition is-not in use: and WHEREAS, it has been Further determined that rerouting of the utilities has already .taken; place, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CGL,aCIL 4F THE EITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1.
