<br />This deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having sold said real
<br />estate to the Grantee fora fair and adequate consideration, such con-
<br />sderation being full satisfaction o€ all obligations secured. by the
<br />mortgages of Grantors described above ,together with cancellation of
<br />Che Promissory Notes given by Grantors on even date with the: above
<br />mortgages. Granters declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly ;
<br />made, and that there are-no agreements, oral or wxitten, other than this
<br />.Deed.. between Grantors and Grantee, with respect to said real estate.
