<br />Hall County, Nebraska, the premises described above, having first
<br />given due legal notice of the time and place of said sale for five
<br />{5) consecutive weeks, the last publication being more than ten
<br />C10) days and less than thirty {30} days prior to said sale, in
<br />The Grand Island Independent, a daily newspaper, together with
<br />the description of the premises described above, as required by
<br />law, at which sale the premises were sold to COMMERCIAL SAVINGS
<br />COMPANY Ok' GRAND ISLAND, a Nebraska corporation, for the sum of
<br />Sixty Thousand Dollars {$'00,000.00}, that being the highest sum
<br />bid therefore.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, iINOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That I, JOHN R. BROWNELL, Trustee, in order to carry into
<br />effect said sale so made as aforesaid and pursuant to said Deed
<br />of Trust and by virtue of the statutes in such cases made and pro-
<br />vided, and in consideratior, of the premises and of the su-n of
<br />Sixty Thousand Dollars {$fi0,000.00) paid by Commercial Savings
<br />Company of Grand Isla~:d, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
<br />by said Trustee, by t~ese presents do grant, bargain, and convey
<br />unto Commercial Savings Company of Grand Island, and to its as-
<br />signs and successors forever, all that certain real estate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, described at follows, to-wit:
<br />Lot One (1}, Homestead Subdivision, located in part of
<br />the Southwest Quarter {SW 1/4} of Section Thirty Three
<br />(33), Township Twelve {12), North, Range Nine (9) west
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />the same being the premises mentioned in said Deed of Trust., no-
<br />tice of default, and notice of sale, together with all the rights,
<br />privileges, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same belonging,
<br />ar in any way appertaining, to have and. to hold said premises above-
<br />- described and hereby intended to be granted. and conveyed unto Com-
<br />mercial Savings Company of Grand Island., its successors and assigns
<br />forever.
