<br />MARGA??ET B. McGR.ATH and C. DEAN McGRATH, wife and husband,
<br />each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein
<br />ca-fled the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of

<br />Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto

<br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska more particularly
<br />described as follows:

<br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and
<br />assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the said Grantee and
<br />with Grantees° successors and assigns, that we are lawfully seized
<br />of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance, except ease-
<br />ments o:: record, and that we have good right and Lawful authority
<br />to sell the same; and we hereby covenant to warrant and defend the
<br />title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons
<br />whomsoever. And the said Grantors hereby relinquish all right,
