<br />EASEf`iF:NT FOR STREET-LIGHTING
<br />DELBERT D. THEASPiEYER and LO1S A. THEASMEYER, Husband and Wife, herein
<br />called Grantor, in consideration of Ore Dollar ($1.00) receipt of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND 1SLAN'D, :dEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct,
<br />inspect, maintain, repair, replace, extend, remove and operate thereon,
<br />overhead street-light doles and fixtures, and underground conduits, cables,
<br />terminals, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above,
<br />along, across, underneath and through a seven {,) foot wide tract of land
<br />located in part. of Lot Eight {8) of Woodland First Subdivision, an Addition
<br />to the City of Grand lsiand, Nebraska, mare particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />The Easterly seven (7.0) feet of the said Lot Eight (8) of
<br />Woodland First Subdivision. Said tract of land containing
<br />0.04 acres more or less as shown on the plat dated 10/1/81,
<br />marked Exhibit ".~", attached hereto and incorporated herein
<br />by reference,
<br />together with the fallowing rights:
<br />Unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described tract of land
<br />for installation, maintenance, operation, and removal of such street-lights
<br />and appurtenances.
<br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary
<br />fpr the full and complete use, occupation, and enjoyment of the easement
<br />herein granted, including the right to excavate and refill ditches and
<br />Crenches, to remove, clear, and keep clear trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth,
<br />and other obstructians interfering with the surveying, construction,
<br />inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, extension, removal, or

<br />operation of suc?z street-lights; No structures, buildings, fences, or
<br />other obstructions of any kind whatsoever, shall be allowed in, upon,
<br />above, along, across, underneath, or through the easement herein granted.}',

<br />and other apptzrt2rances connected therewith, placed in, upon, above, along,
