Saunders and Raymond M. <br />Saunders, wife and husband, hereby assign, transfer, and. set <br />over unto W. D. tlathews and Nadine Mathews, husband and wife, <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, all of their right, title, and <br />interest in and to a certain real estate agreement dated <br />July 30, 1979, by and between T~endell E. ~,~Talles and Norma F. <br />Wolles, sellers, and Lucinda A. Saunders and Raymond M. Saunders, <br />wife and husband, and George A. Boley and Mary L. Boley, hus- <br />band and wife, buyers, subject to all the terms and conditions <br />thereof, and hereby release and quitclaim unto W. D.
