<br />For value received, GEORGE R. BOLEY and MARY L. BOLEY,
<br />husband and wife, of Grand Island, Nebraska, hereby assign,
<br />transfer and set over to LUCINDA A. SA'1NDERS and RAYMOND M.
<br />SAUNDER5, wife and husband., of Grand Island, Nebraska, all of
<br />our right, title and interest in and to a certain Real Estate.
<br />Aareement dated July 30, 1979, by and between Wendell E. Wolles.
<br />and Norma F. Wolles, fvellers, and Lucinda A. Saunders and Raymond
<br />M. Saunders, wife and husband, and George R. Boley and Mary L.
<br />Boley, husband and wife, subject to all the terms and conditions
<br />thereof, and hereby ra-nise, release and quitclaim unto Lucinda
<br />A. Saunders and Raymond M. Saunders, as joint tenants with rights
<br />of survivorship, all of our right, title and interest in and to
<br />the following described real estate:
<br />A tract of land situated in the West Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter {SN~SW;), Section Four {4), Township
<br />Eleven (12) North, Range Nine (9), 41est of the 6th
<br />P.M„ Ha11 County:, '.Nebraska, commencing. at an iron
<br />stake which is located at a point located as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the .North line of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of Section Four, said point being located 40.0
<br />Feet East of the Northwest corner of said Southwest
<br />Quarter of Section Four, running thence South parallel
<br />with the West line of said Southwest Quarter 377.8 Feet,
<br />which is the place of beginning, running thence East
<br />parallel,wth the North line of Rains Subdivision 289.0
<br />Feet,. running thence North parallel with the West line
<br />of said Southwest Quarter 151.0 Feet, running thence
<br />West parallel with the-North line of Rains Subdivision
<br />289.D Feet, running thence South parallel with the West
<br />line of said. Southwest Quarter 151.0 Feet to the place
<br />of beginning: excepting therefrom the Northerly Forty
<br />(40) Feet thereof and the Easterly Fifty {50) Feet

<br />and the business known as the Pretty Poodle Parlor thereon located,
<br />as more fully set forth in the Agreement dated July 30, 3979.
<br />Assignees, as further consideration, agree to pay the Assignors
<br />the sum of fiwo Thousand-Dollars (52,000.00) as follows: One
<br />Hundred Sixty-Six Dollars (5166.00) on the 1st day of each month,
<br />commencing February lst, 1481, and continuing far eleven {11)
<br />months and the sum of One Hundred Seventy-E'our Dollars {$174.00)
