<br />wife .(hereinafter usually referred to as "Homeowner", whether one or money have
<br />entered into a certain written HOUSING i2EHABIL-ITATZON GRSNT AGREEMENT dated the
<br />Nebraska,~a. rnunici~ai co ration ~~_ 19,~.z. with the City of Grand, Island,
<br />p pb (hereinafter usually referred to as City'),
<br />acting through its Community Development Agency, for rehabiiitation of a dwelling::
<br />on premises owned by omeowner which are hereinafter described, and for the grant-
<br />ing by City to Homeowner of Federal funds in the amount of Fifteen Thousand and
<br />~nlTtlll ----------_-°---__---- Dollars (515_000.00 --------- )'to beappled
<br />in payment of the cost of such rehabiiitation, and
<br />Sd}IEREAS, Homeowner in such AGREE2~NT has, among other things, agreed (a) to
<br />repay such amount or, as the case may be, a part thereof to City in certain cir-
<br />cvmstances described ir. the AGREEMENT, and (b) to execute and deliver to City an
<br />instrument in recordable .'orm granting to City a Tien on the. premises to secure
<br />such repay-meat,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such AGRF.E1•iENT with City, Henry A. and
<br />rrrtrude B Zach husband and wife (hereinabove and herein-
<br />below re#erred to as "?iomeowner"), do hereby grant to C,'ITY Ok' GRAND ZS LAND',
<br />NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, its successors and assigns, a lien upon the
<br />fo2'lowiag described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />an addition to the City of Grand Island,-
<br />Nebraska, according to the recorded plat
<br />thereof,
<br />to secure repayment to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, its successors and
<br />assigns, of the amount of the grant 'nerenabave referred to or, as the, case gray
<br />be, a part thereof in accordance with the terms. and conditions set forth in the
<br />HOUSING REHABILITATION URA.'YT AGRE1'i4F,NT to which reference is made hereinabove.
<br />The lien herein granted shall run with. the premises fora period of three
<br />(3) years from this date, and. shall also bind the successors and assigns
<br />and, except as provided in such AGREEMENT, the personal representatives, heirs,
<br />devisees, and legatees of Homeowner.
