_._._~_ . <br /> i <br />82- (~U1~1~ <br />except that members shall receive reimbursement for expenses <br />actually incurred by them as Administrators. <br />Section l3, Liability of Administrators, <br />The members of the Board of Administrators shall not be <br />liable to the townhome owners for any mistake of judgment, <br />negligence, or otherwise, except for their own individual <br />willful misconduct or bad faith. The members of the Board <br />of Administrators shall have no personal liability with <br />respect to any contract made by them on behalf of the As- <br />sociation. Every agreement made by the Board of Adminis- <br />trators or by the managing agent or by the manager on behalf <br />of the Association shall provide that the members of the <br />Board of Administra°tors cr the managing agent, or the <br />manager, as the case may be, are acting arly as agents for <br />the Association and shall have no personal liability there- <br />under. <br />Section l4. Expa.nsion of jurisdiction. <br />The jurisdiction of this Association may be combined <br />with the jurisdiction cf any otiaer similar association for <br />the common administration of two or more Condominium Property <br />Regimes. Such combination shall be by written contract <br />unanimously approved by the Board of Directors. <br />P~RTFCLE SV. OFFICERS. <br />Section 1. Designation, <br />The officers of the Association shall consist of a <br />President, 'Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer and such <br />additional officers as the Administrators shall from time to <br />time de~wm necessary.. Any person may hoid two or more offices, <br />but no cane person shall. hold the offices of President and <br />Secretary simultaneously. Members of the Board of Adminis- <br />trators may also be officers. The President may be elected <br />from tttc. mes~bess cf the 5oard of Rdmnistrators. <br />Section 2. Election. <br />2`he officers of the Association shall be elected annu- <br />ally by a aajority vote of the Board of Administrators at <br />the annual Board meeting, and shall hold office at the <br />pleasure of the board. <br />Section 3. Removal. <br />L`pon the affirmative vote of a majority of the Board in <br />attendance at an annual or special Meeting, any officer may <br />be removed, with or without cause, and his successor shall <br />be elected thereat. <br />Section 4. President. <br />The President shall be the chief executive officer of <br />the r~ssociatinn,. rye sha13 preside at all meetings of the <br />A.ssociat.ion and of the Board of Administrators. He shall <br />have all of the general Bowers and duties which are incident <br />to the office of President of a non:-profit corporat-io,., <br />inc3udng but not limited t©, the power to appUint committees <br />from among the townhome owners from time to time as he may <br />at his discretion decide is appropriate to assist in the <br />conduct of the. affairs o€ the Association. <br />- a- <br />
