<br />J NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed-
<br />in the'Distrct Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein
<br />Schuppan Sales and Service, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Helen
<br />L. Lane and Howard S. Hinman, the Personal Representative
<br />of the E-state of Teresa Mullen Lane, and Donna Williamson,
<br />are Defendants, the object and grayer of which is to obtain an
<br />an accounting from the Defendants, Helen L. Lane and Howard S.
<br />Hinman, Personal Representative of the estate of Teresa Mullen
<br />Lane, of the amounts due the Plaintiff on those certain mortgages
<br />dated April 22, 1975 and filed for record on April 24, 1975,
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />in Book 16$ of Mortgages at Page 529; dated August 23, 1975
<br />and filed for record on September S, 1975, in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska, in Book 170
<br />of Mortgages at Page i37; dated March 3, 3976 and filed for
<br />record in the Office 3f the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on March 16, 19?6, as Document No. 76--0OI365; dated.
<br />March 3, 197b, and filed for record in the. Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, V'ebraska, on :*tarch 16,
<br />1976., as Document i~o. 76-001364, wherein Teresa Mullen Lane
<br />and Helen L. Lane, purporting to be the executrix of the
<br />estate of Mary E. Mullen, mortgaged and conveyed to the
<br />Plaintiff the following described real estate situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Fractional Lot Four (4), in Fractional Block Eight
<br />(&), in Woodbine Addition to the City or" Grand
<br />I land, Nebraska, and its complement, to-wit:
<br />Fractional Lot Four <4), in Fractional Block Three
<br />(3), in Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, and that part of Fractional
<br />Block Twenty Seven (27), in Baker's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Zsland, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Commencing at a point 37 feet
<br />Southwest of the NorCheast corner of said Black 27,
<br />along the Northerly line thereof, thence in a South-
<br />easterly direction at right angles with the Northerly
<br />line of said Block until the same connects with the
<br />Westerly line of Lot 3 in Black $, in Woodbine Addi-
<br />tion to the City of Grand Island, thence straight
<br />South to the .Southeast corner of said Fractional
<br />Block 27, in Baker's Addition, thence straight West
<br />along the Southerly line of said Fractional Block 27
<br />until the same intersects the Northwest corner of
<br />Fractional"Lot 4 in Fractional Block 3 in Ashton
<br />Place, thence in a Northwesterly direction parallel
<br />with the. West line. of said Block 27 to a point on the
<br />Northerly lizie of said Block 27, 54 Feet Northeast
<br />of the Northwest corner of said Fractional Block 27,
<br />thence in a Northeasterly direction along the Northerly
<br />line of said Fractional Block 27, a distance of 52
<br />Feet to a place of beginning,
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the mortgages and to have the same
<br />declared liens upon the interest of Teresa Mullen Lane and
<br />Helen L. Lane in the real estate and appurtenances. thereto,
<br />to have the real estate. and appurtenances sold to satisfy the
<br />amo,ints so found due,. together- with the costs of suit and
<br />to `areclose the Defendants of all right, title, interest,
<br />lien., claiTU, demand; and equity of redemption whatever in
