<br />COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT
<br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Roger W. Loft and Danna R. Loft,
<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants, hereby assign, transfer,
<br />and set over to Commercial Savings Company of Grand island,
<br />Nebraska, ail of their right, title, and interest in and to
<br />a certain Contract for Saie of Real Estate dated June 23,
<br />137$, in which Phillip M. :Martin and Jeannine M. Martin,
<br />husband and wife, are the Sellers, and Earl Hardy and Roger
<br />iJ. Loft are purchasers. TFxe legal description contained in
<br />said Contract is:
<br />Lots Five (S) and Six (6), and the tdest Six (6)
<br />Feet of Lot Seven. (7), Block Twelve (l2), Arnolds
<br />and Atsbott's Addition to the City of Grand. island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Ttais Assignment and transfer is, however, subject to
<br />the condition that, i.f a certain promissory note for tine
<br />sum of $ 16,875.16 bearing; the date of April 5t~ 1982,
