<br />7. Seller°s Remedies on Bu era` Default. In the event buyers <br />sha17 default under t terms and eondit ons o 'this Agree~nt> Seller: <br />5ha11 have the foTiowing remedies. <br />a. Default as used in this: Agreement shall mean the breach. <br />by the Buyers of any of the teens, covenants. and conditions of <br />this Agreement imposed upon it.
