<br />~ntract for the installation of carpet on the following described real estate,
<br />for a business la3own as Buffy's Buffet, to-wit:
<br />Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (N41~4SW3a) of
<br />Section Ztaenty-sevan (27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br />(9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, also known as
<br />Part of Lot Four {4), Island Subdivision to the City of Grasx3 Island,
<br />Hall County, Nei~raska.
<br />That at the time said contract was Made and 3.abor furnished and delivered
<br />thereunder Kenneth B. Knox and Marilyn M. Knox were the owners of said premises.
<br />That the date of the first item furnished and delivered was November 2, 1981,
<br />and the sate of the last item was November 9, 1981.
<br />Affiant further states that said labor was performed on said prgnises on and
<br />between the dates specified. That the prices charged therefor are fai~° and reason-
<br />able, and that there is now on said account the sum of SEVEN HUNDRID EI(~lY-SEVEN
<br />AND 50/100 ($787.50) DCSS,ARS, that said Rod Stewart and Darell Ruge ciaim a lien
