Street, valued at Twenty Thousand Dollars <br />($20,000), subject to a mortgage in the approximate. sum of <br />Nine Thousand, Seven Hundred Dollars ($9,700); the 1968 Pontiac <br />', and the 1973 Pontiac automobile; and the U.
