HOWARD BONSALL and HANNA BONSALL, being first duly <br />sworn state that they are the identical persons who executed <br />the W. HOWARD BONSALL TRUST and THE HANNA BONSAI~L TRUST, <br />both dated September 17, 1975 cahich appear in the abstract <br />to Lot One (1} and the East One-Half of Lot Two 42) in Block <br />Eight (8), Gladstone Place, Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; that all of the property which was conveyed into <br />the two separate trusts as undivided interest was originally <br />held by the Bonsalls in joint tenancy; that ail of this <br />property had been purcYiased originally with funds earned <br />equally in side by side labor through the years by the <br />Bonsalls; that neither contributed inherited property; that <br />the division into undivided interests was made as a part of <br />estate planning pursuant to advice of counsel and no gift <br />from one to the other was in any way involved; <br />Further affiants sayeth not. <br />W.
