WARRANTY DEED

<br />JAMES R. ADAMSON and DONNA J. ADAMSON, husband and
<br />wife, tenants in common, herein called the Grantors, for
<br />valuable consideration received from Grantees, do hereby
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto JAMES R.
<br />ADAMSON and DONNA J. ADAMSON, husband and wife, joint tenants
<br />with right of survivorship, the following described real
<br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />{a) Lot One {11, M & S Subdivision, City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />(b) Lake Front Tract 1B, more particularly described
<br />on "Lake Front Tracts Abutti.ig Brach's Lake°',
<br />shown on the City of Grand Island Engineering
<br />Department Plat identified as "Brach's Lake",
<br />dated 9-29-72, and which plat has been filed
<br />of record as a part of deed recorded in
<br />Book 104B, at Page 23, of the official deed
<br />records of Hall County, Nebraska, in the
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />of Section 21, Township 11 North, Range 9.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunta belonging, unto the said Grantees and to their
<br />heirs and assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the
<br />said Grantees and with their heirs and assigns, that we are
<br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from
<br />encumbrance and any easements of record, and that we have
<br />good right and lawful authority•to sell the same; and we
<br />hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said
<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />And the said Grantors hereby relinquish all right, title,
<br />claim and interest in and to the above described premises.
