~-°-~~ ~1 Q ~ 4 <br />CORPORATION SPECIAL [~7ARRANTY DEED <br />The Grantor, TURNER GRAIN CO., INC., a corporation organized <br />and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of <br />Nebraska, in consideration of the cancellation and surrender of <br />al.l existing stock owned by the Shareholders of Turner Grain Co., <br />Inc., pursuant to the plan of liquidation adopted by the corpo- <br />ration, the act of which is hereby acknowledged, does grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto TURNER GRAIN COMPANY, LTD., <br />a Nebraska limited partnership, herein called the Grantee, subject <br />to liens and encumbrances of record, the following-described real <br />property in I-Iall County; Nebraska: <br />The Southeast Quarter (SE a); the Southwest <br />Quarter (SW 4); the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter (SW;NE;); and the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE ;NW a), <br />All in Section Six (6) in Township Twelve <br />(12) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the <br />Sixth P.b1., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together <br />with ail tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unte the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns <br />forever. <br />And the Grantor, for itself and its successors and assigns, <br />does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee`s heirs <br />and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; <br />that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; and that Grantor caarrants and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused these <br />presents tc be signed by its President. <br />Dated this ;J"'~--clay of February, 1982. <br />TURNER GRAIN CO., INC. <br />Harry I. rner, Present <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />Before me, a Notary Public qualified in said County, per- <br />sonally came Harry I.
