<br />The undersigned, Paul D. Kratz, attorney for John R. Hanlon,
<br />Commissioner of Labor of the State of Nebraska, does hereby certify
<br />that William Riggs and Timothy Casey, doing business as Island
<br />Fool Service, a Partnership, doing business in Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, is indebted to the Unemployment Compensation Fund
<br />of the State of Nebraska for contributions due on their employment
<br />for the first and second quarters of 1981 ir. the sum of $219.56,
<br />anal interest in the sum of 516.83, with interest at the rate of one
<br />percent per month on the sum of 5219.56 from February 17, 1982.
<br />By reasor. thereof, said Sohn R. Hanlon, Commissioner of Labor,
<br />on behalf of the Unemployment Compensation. r^und, hereby claims a
<br />lien in the sum of $236.39, with interest at the rate of one percent
<br />per month on the sum of $219.56 until paid, upon env and all property,
<br />real or personal, of said William Riggs and Timothy Casey, doing
<br />business as Island Pool Service, and specifically claims a lien on
<br />the following described real estate:
<br />The Southerly Ninety One Feet (91°) of Lot Six (6)
<br />in Block Twenty Five (25) in Charles Warmer's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />described as follows: commencing at the Southwest
<br />Corner of said Lot 6, thence running easterly along and
<br />upon the Southerly line of said lot to the Southeast corner
<br />of said Lot 6, thence northerly along and upon the easterly
<br />line of said Lot 6 a didstance of 91 feet, thence westerly
<br />and parallel to the Southerly Line of said Lot 6, to the
<br />west line of said Lot 6, thence Southerly along and upon
<br />the Westerly line of. said 1,ot 6 a distance- of 91 feet
<br />to the point of beginning,
