<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, all as surveyed,
<br />platted and recorded,
<br />subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
<br />easements of record, visible easements, and zoning ordinances,
<br />laws. and regulations.
<br />GRAPiTORS jointly and severally covenant with GRANTEES that

<br />(1} are lawfully seised of the real estate;
<br />(2) convey the real estate subject to covenants,
<br />conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements

<br />laws and regulations;

<br />(4} warrant and will defend title. to the real estate against
