<br />wife (hereinafter usaal'ly referred to as "homeowner", whether one or more) have
<br />entered into a certain written 11OiTSTNC, REIIABILITA'1'iON CRANT AGREEMENT dated the
<br />7:8th day of December 19 81 _ with the City of Grand Island,
<br />:5ebraska, a municipal corporation (hereinafter usually referred to as "City"),
<br />acting through its Community Development Agency, for rehabilitation of a dwelling,
<br />on premises owned by Homeowner which are hereinafter described, and for. the grant-
<br />ing by City to homeowner of Federal funds in the amount of Nine Thousand Fcur
<br />H~gdrred Fifty and 00/I00 --------- Dollars f$g 450.00 - ) to be applied
<br />in payment of the cost of such rehabilitation, and
<br />WHEREAS, Homeowner in such AGREEME:vT has, among, other things, agreed (a) to
<br />repay such amount or, as the case may 'be, a part thereof to City in certain cir-
<br />cumstances described in the A%REI;hII:Ni', and fb~ to execute and deliver to City an
<br />instrument in recordable farm granting to City a lien an the premises to secure
<br />such repayment,
<br />NOW, T'f1c:REFORE, in consideration of such AGRF:EFff:NT with City, 3oe R. and
<br />3ndy L. Reba _, husband and wife (hereinabove andherein-
<br />be ow referred to as "ltrnneawner"), do hereby grant to CITY OF GRr1ND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, a rlunicipal Corporation, its successors and assigns, a lien upon the
<br />following described real estate situated in Mall County, Nebraska-
<br />North 68 feet of Lot One (1), Block One
<br />Hundred Ttoenty-Ntne (129), Union Pacific
<br />Railray Second Addition
<br />an addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, according to the recorded alat
<br />thereof,
<br />to secure repayment to the City of Grand island, Nebraska, its successors and
<br />assigns, of the. amount of the grant hereinabove referred to ar, as the case may
<br />be, a part thereaf in accordance witla the terms and conditions set Earth in the
<br />ROUSING REHABILLTATION CRANT° :'1GRLEifE'.iv°t' to which reference *_s made hereinabove,
<br />The lien herein granted shall run with the premises for a period of two
<br />(2) years from ti~is date, and shall also bind the successors and assigns
<br />and, except as provided in such Af,P,rEMENY, the personal representatives, heirs,
<br />devisees,. and legatees of liomecwner.
