<br />1. The City of Grand island, (Nebraska, by action of its
<br />city cauntil on January 4, 2982, enae:ted Ordinance blo. 6782
<br />which directed the convevance of the real estate described below
<br />and the manner and tarms~thereof.
<br />2. Ordinance No. 6782 was published z-n the Grand Island.
<br />Das:ly Independent, a Legal newspaper gubiished in and of general
<br />circulation in such City on January 11, 19$2, and immediately
<br />thereaf-ter notice of such sale and the terms thereof were pub=
<br />lished in the Grand Island Daily Independent for three consecut-
<br />iva week on January 11, January 18, and January 2.5, 14$2, all
<br />as required by Section 16-202, R.R.S. 1943.
<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the
<br />city council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within
<br />thirty. days of the passage and publication of such Ordinance
<br />i3o . 67 82 .
<br />4, Section 5 of Ordinance lie. 67$2 pravides that if no
<br />remonstrance be filed against such conveyance, the mayor and
<br />city clerk-finance director shall make, execute, and deliver to

<br />e:~ecution of such quitclaim deed 9.s 'Ca.:;~'2by authorized without
<br />further action an behalf of the city council.
<br />5. The quitclaim deed from the City to the aforesaid
<br />grantees dated November 9, 19$1, far Lot Five {5), Block Twenty-
<br />five (25), Packer & Barr's Addition, was erroneous and is hereby
<br />rescinded.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the f:ity of Grand Island, Nebraska, a muni-
<br />spal corporation in Hali County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in
<br />consideration of Es.ght Ttaousand Dollars f$8,000.00), does hereby
<br />quitclaim, grant, barz,ain, sell, convey, and confirm unto
<br />ARN01.D C. WENN and DEHN A. RENTER,
<br />as tenants ir. cowman,
<br />herein called the, Grantees, the following described real prop-
<br />. erty in Ha11 County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Five (5i, Block Twenty-five (25), Packer ~
<br />Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hal's County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above d~s:cribed premises, together
