<br />The undersigned, Paul D. Kratz, attorney for John R. Hanlon,
<br />Commissioner of Labor of the State of Nebraska, does hereby certify
<br />that Lee Parker, doing business as Parker's Korner Bar, a Partner-
<br />ship, doing business in Grand Island, Hail County, Nebraska, is
<br />indebted to the Unemployment Compensation Fund of the State of
<br />Nebraska for contributions due on his employment for the fourth
<br />q~xarter of 1980 and the first and second quarters of 1981 in the
<br />sum o-f $154.08, and interest in the sum of $15.48, with. interest
<br />at the rate of one percent per month on the sum of $154.08 from
<br />3anuary 31, 1982.
<br />By reason thereof, said John R. Hanlon, Commissioner of Labar,
<br />on behalf of the Unemployment Compensation Fund, hereby claims a
<br />lien in the sum of $169.56, with interest at the rate of one
<br />percent per month on the sum of $154.08, until paid, upon any and
<br />all property, real cr personal of said Lee Parker, doing business
<br />as Parker`s Korner Bar, and specifically claims a lien on the
<br />followi_*~g described real estate:
<br />Lot One Hundred Sixty Two (162) in Buenavista Subdivision,
<br />to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements, covenants, and restrictions of
<br />record,
<br />subject only to liens of prior record pursuant to Section 48-657,
<br />R.R.S. Nebr. 1943.
