<br />This indenture, made this ~,'.•'~"day of January, 1982, by and
<br />between the Estate of Ethel Ra~infnrth and the Rainforth Family
<br />Limited Partnership, Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Whereas, the said Ethel Rainforth did an or about the 12th
<br />day of April, 1979, execute to party of the second party, a
<br />conveyance of the certain lands, situated in Hall County,
<br />?~ebraska, and hereinafter more particularly described, which sa
<br />conveyance is recorded as Instrument 79-002256, in the offace
<br />of the Register of Deeds, hall Count}°, Nebraska, and wherea
<br />in said conveyance by mistake, the words Sectior. 10 were wratte
<br />instead of the words Secticn 11 and whereas, to prevent
<br />difficulties hereafter, it is expeaient to correct said errors::
<br />Now, therefore, this indenture witnesseth, that the said
<br />party of the first part, in consideration of the. premises and
<br />of one dollar to him paid by the party of the second part, hey
<br />grants, conveys, releases and confirms unto the said party of
<br />the second part, his heirs and assign forever, all of the
<br />following tract of land situated in the County of Hall, State
<br />of Nebraska, to wit:
<br />`Pogether with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
<br />and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertainnc,
<br />To have and to hold the same unto the said party of the
<br />seeand part and to its heirs and assigns, to the sole and proper
<br />use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second cart, it
<br />heirs, assign forever.
<br />In witness hereof, the said party of the first part has here
<br />unto set his hand the day and year first above written.
