<br />Quarter (SEa) of Section Thirty {30) of which this tract is a Bart,
<br />containing ,18 acres, more or less, dEeded to the County of Hall,
<br />State of Nebraska, by Quit Claim Deed dated May 19, 1959, recorded

<br />hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto grantee and
