<br />tion, in order to secure the payment. of the principal and interest
<br />on the Series A Bonds, dated September l5, 1973, and the Series B
<br />goni}s, dated January 15, 1982, and the performance and observance
<br />by the County of all the covenants, expzessed or implied herein or
<br />in the original Mortgage and in said bonds, does hereby grant', bar-
<br />gain., sell., convey, mortgage and pledge unto National. Bank of
<br />Commerce Trust and Savings Association, Lincoln, Nebraska, as
<br />Trustee, and its successors in trust, the following:

<br />County., Nebraska, described. on Exhibit A hereto,
<br />together with all buildings, additions and related
<br />improvements now or hereafter located thereonronertherin
