BENDER, husband and wife, <br />the principal sum. of 531,0©0.42 without interest in <br />8fi-consecutive monthly installments of 5360.47 each; the <br />first monthly installment of principal to be payable on <br />the i5th day of February, 1982. In the event any install- <br />ment of principal is not paid when due, said delinquent <br />installment shall draw interest thereafter at the highest <br />legal rate. <br />This note is secured by a real ~st.ate mortgage, <br />of even date and in the same principal amount as herein <br />stated, executed by the undersigned. <br />In the event the title to the real estate set for'' <br />in the mortgage is transferred, ar contracted to be <br />transferred, frem the undersigned for any reason or by <br />any method whatsoever, the entire principal sum and accrued <br />interest shall at once become due and payable at the election <br />of the holder hereof .
