<br />make an assignment for the benefit of creditors, Martgagee, <br />at her optian after giving notice as required in the <br />Agreement for Sale of Real Estate dated December 30, 19 g1, <br />in which the Mortgagee, as Seller, sold the abave-described <br />property to the Mortgagor. as Buger, may declare the entire: <br />amount of indebtedness secured hereby immediately due and <br />payable, and may foreclose this mortgage as pravided by law. <br />7. Zn the event that foreclosure proceedings are <br />commenced, Mortgagee shall be entitled to immediate posses- <br />sion of the mortgaged property, and the Court may appoint a <br />-receiver to take possession thereof without regard to the <br />adequacy of the security. The receiver shall be entitled to <br />collect. and receive rents, issues and prafi,ts, and apply the <br />same, less cos s of operation and collection, to aatisfac- <br />tion of delinquent tales, provide insurance, make needed <br />repairs to improvements, make any other expenditures authorized <br />by the Court, and to apply any sum remaining after such <br />payments to satisfaction of the indebtedness secured. hereby. <br />6.
