BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLANIl, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Street Improvement District Na. 1.018 in the CiCy of Grand l land, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTLON 2. The bouxx3aries of Che district shall be as follows: Beginning at a point along the northerly line of Fourth Streit, said point also being the Southwest earner of Lot One (1), Block Twelve (i2) of Packer and Bart's Addition; thence easterly along. the northerly line of Fourth-Street for a distance. of 30O feet to the Southeast corner of Lot Ten il0l, B1oek Eleven till, Packer and Bart's Addition; thence deflecting left in a northerly direction-- fos a distance of 280 feet to the Northeast corner of Got Six (6 ), Block Eleven ;11) v maker and narr's ?ddition; thence deflecting right along the southerly right of-way line of Fifth Street far a di tance of 192 feet to where this line intersect with the easterly right-of-way line of Bo gs Avenue; thence deflectfng Ieft in a northerly direction for a distance of 80 feet. to a point where the easterly line of Boggs Avenue and the northerly right-o€-way line o£ Fifth Street intersect; theme deflecting left in a westerly direction along. the northerly line of Fifth Streit for a distance of 492 feet to the Southwest corner of Go[ One !1), Block Five (5), Packer and Bart's Addition; thence. deflect- ing left in a southerly direction for a distance of 360 feet to the point of beginning, all. as shown on the plat marked Exkaibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 3. The following street in the disCrie. shall be improved by paving, curbing.., guttering,. and all incidental work in connection therewith: Dais Avenue from Fourth Street to Fifth Street. Said improvements shall be made in accordance with plans and specifications prepared. by the: Engineer for the City and approved. by the Mayor and Counzil. SECTION"4. The improvements shall be made at public rest, but the cast thereof, occluding intersections, shall bi assessed upon taxi lots and Iands in the district sper.zally bene€ited [hereby, as provided. by law.
