Pursuant to the terms of that certain Lease of Business Property dated October 14, <br />2008, by and between Landlord and Tenant (the "Lease"), Landlord has leased to Tenant and <br />Tenant has leased from Landlord, office space within that certain real property (hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Leased Premises") situated in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, and more <br />particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />2. The initial term of the Lease commenced on or about November 1, 2008, and <br />shall expire on or about October 31,2013, subject to Tenant's options to extend the term for one <br />(1) additional period of three (3) years and subject to certain other conditions set forth in the <br />Lease.
