Pursuant to the terms of that certain Lease of Business Property dated October 14, 2008, by and between Landlord and Tenant (the "Lease"), Landlord has leased to Tenant and Tenant has leased from Landlord, office space within that certain real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Leased Premises") situated in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2.
