<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the Deed
<br />of Trust dated December 7, 2004, executed by NEAL SIDDERS and ROZELLA SIDDERS;
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as
<br />Beneficiary, is requesting said Trustee to reconvey said Deed of Trust, which was recorded
<br />December 9, 2004, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No 0200411856.

<br />In accordance with the request of Beneficiary the Trustee reconveys to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
<br />pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:

<br />Part of Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Island, situated in the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of
<br />Section Twenty (20), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska more particularly described in Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed recorded as
<br />Document No. 81~002308 and EXCEPTING therefrom a tract of land more particularly
<br />described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 200212134
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Hastings, Nebraska, this 25th day of February, 2009.
