Morrow, a single woman, Trustor under a Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds ofHalJ County, Nebraska, on February 14,2006 as Instrument <br />No. 0200601298, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Two (2), Hagges' Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br /> <br />nlkla <br /> <br />Lot Two (2), Hagges' Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by said <br />Deed of Trust when due.
