Raasch, member, and Diane K. Raasch, member, under a Deed of Trust dated September 2, 2005, of which Lincoln Federal Savings Bank of Nebraska is the Trustee and Beneficiary, filed for record on September 22,2005, and recorded at Instrument No. 0200509429 in the Records of the Register of Deeds in and for Hall County, Nebraska. The property of the Trust is described as follows: Lot Four (4), Block Two(2), Crane Valley Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. WHEREAS, a breach of an obligation for which the above trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach being the failure of Crane Center, L.L.C., Michael D. Raasch and Diane K. Raasch, members, to pay the Adjustable Rate Note dated September 2,2005 upon acceleration for failure to make the monthly payments due on the Note. The Trustee hereby gives notice of its election to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the remaining principal balance on the Note plus interest.
