<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Everett Wiley III, a
<br />sinale person, Melanie M Wallin, single person, as ioint tenants as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a
<br />Federal Savinas Bank as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated May 27. 1999, and recorded in the office ofthe Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or Instrument Number 99-105502 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska
<br />Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number _
<br />has been paid; and
