<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.o. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by JASON J FIEDLER AND SARA J FIEDLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which
<br />EQUITABLE BANK, FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated MAY
<br />1, 2002... and recorded MAY 1, 2002, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200204722 regarding the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by JASON J FIEDLER AND SARA J FIEDLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA
<br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated MAY 1,
<br />2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 200204722, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
<br />
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />
<br />3. Description of real estate applicable to both Substitution of Trustee
<br />and Deed of Reconvevance.
<br />
<br />THE WESTERLY FIFTY SEVEN (57) FEET OF LOT ONE (1), EXCEPT THE
<br />NORTHERLY THIRTY (30) FEET OF SAID LOT, IN BLOCK TWO (2), IN
<br />WESTERHOFF'S FIRST SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
